Refund and Returns Policy

  • The allowed duration for product returns is seven days from the date of order receipt.
  • In our commitment to your satisfaction, damaged items will be refunded, while used or opened products won’t be accepted for your safety.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days from the date the product is received back by the shipping company.
  • Fragrancya purchased through other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the respective application they were ordered from.
  • Orders outside Qatar are not eligible for exchange or return.
 
Exchange Process at Fragrancya:
 
1. Initiate a return request by filling out the return and exchange form here.
 
2. Ship the product to be returned using the same shipping company that delivered the order (shipping costs borne by the customer).
 
3. Upon receipt of the product by the company, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days to the same card used for payment.
 
Cancellation of orders:
Orders cannot be canceled after placement on our website; only returns or exchanges are permitted as per the aforementioned conditions.
 
Shipping and Delivery:
  • The average delivery time within Qatar is 24 hours from the time of order, with an average shipping cost of QAR 30.
  • The average delivery time to Gulf countries is 5-7 days, with an average shipping cost of QAR 80 per kilogram.
  • The average delivery time to worldwide destinations is 5-7 days, with an average shipping cost of QAR 120 per kilogram.
